We hold a number of indoor meetings from September to March, with a range of topics that involve both mammals and other wildlife. We also run courses throughout the year, mainly at Wildwood Trust, Herne Common. Some of the activities have limited places so please check the activity detail for more information.

Kent Mammal Group AGM and Talk

Join us at our AGM and talk focusing on 'small mammals and how to survey for them' at 7.30pm Friday 24th April in Lenham.

We’re delighted that Jazz Woollard will be presenting at this year’s Kent Mammal Group AGM where the theme of the evening is small mammals and how to survey for them. Jazz will share insights from her recent work developing non-invasive footprint monitoring techniques to support the WildTrack app, offering a fascinating look at how innovative methods and technology can help improve small mammal recording. There will also be a hands-on touch table featuring small mammal artefacts, providing a chance to explore identification up close, as well as an opportunity to meet committee members and connect with fellow Kent Mammal Group members over the course of the evening.
