Activity Description:

Led by Amy Fitzmaurice, Beaver Project Manager at the Kent Wildlife Trust

The aim of this course is to give an introduction to the Eurasian Beaver (Castor fiber) and survey methods in a workshop presentation format.

At the end of the workshop you should be able to:

identify Beaver from other British mammals

understand Beaver ecology

find and identify Beaver field signs

record Beaver surveys

Particpants will be able to join the Kent Beaver Citizen Science programme
